Study participation page

Being in this study is entirely voluntary. No one will be upset if you do not want to participate. Even if you agree to participate and later change your mind and want to stop, you may withdraw your agreement to participate without negative consequences. If you agree to participate in this study, all the information that you provide will be kept strictly confidential and any report of this research will not identify you personally. Your name in the dataset will be replaced with a researcher-created alias. The master list linking aliases to actual names, as well as the overall dataset, will be kept in a secure, locked location.
