The Keeley Finance Lab is similar to a Trimodal classroom, but instead uses a Neat Bar Pro to provide Flex capabilities in the space. The setup is a little different – these instructions should help you whilst teaching in the lab.

Instructions
- Turn on the classroom lights.
- On the Crestron touchscreen, press “Start Systems All Displays” or “Start System TVs Only.”
- NOTE: Start Systems All Displays will automatically lower the two projector screens and turn on the projectors.
- Press “Computer Inputs.”
- Press “Bloomberg PC Right.”
- NOTE: The monitors at the front of the classroom may stay blank until you have logged into Bloomberg PC Right (POD-DC5700-001).
- Using your BlueKey credentials, log into Bloomberg PC Right (POD-DC5700-001).
- On the Neat Bar Pro touchscreen press “Join.”
- Enter the Zoom Meeting ID and press “Join.”
- Enter the Zoom Meeting Passcode and press “OK.”
- On Bloomberg PC Right (POD-DC5700-001), open Zoom sign in with SSO (this will require you to sign in with your BlueKey credentials).
- In Zoom, click on “Join.”
- Enter the Zoom Meeting ID and click “Join.”
- If prompted, click “Join with Computer Audio” (ignore any message that says “Failed to detect your microphone” and close the “Chose ONE of the audio conference options” window).
- Click on “Stay Co-Host.”
- Click on the green “Share Screen” button.
- Click on “Share Sound” and “Optimize for video clip,” then select “Screen 2” and click the blue “Share” button.
- NOTE: This will share Bloomberg PC Right’s extended monitor to the Zoom call. Students in the physical classroom will see Bloomberg PC Right’s extended monitor in the projector and monitor screens at the front of the classroom.
- NOTE: To avoid audio feedback, lower the room audio to zero on the Crestron touchscreen.
- On the Neat Bar Pro touchscreen, you can change the composition of the video feed from the classroom by pressing “Camera Control.”
