SIFE

Founded in 1975, Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) has grown to become one of the largest collegiate organizations in the world. SIFE teams are active on more than 1,200 college and university campuses in 31 countries around the world.
Working together as a team, and through the mentorship of a faculty advisor(s), SIFE students apply their classroom experiences to develop and implement educational outreach programs that teach individuals in their communities the principles of market economics, entrepreneurship, personal financial success and business ethics.

What is SIFE @ DePaul?

DePaul University derives its title and fundamental mission from Saint Vincent de Paul. "I will show you the way of wisdom" ("Viam sapientiae monstrabo tibi," Proverbs, IV, 11) is the motto. SIFE team at DePaul strives to live up to this motto with its various projects and events.

SIFE will provide an uplifting environment for you to take initiative, learn from other students, and gain valuable work experience. By contributing and working together with others on projects, you will be building a personal portfolio that will distinguish yourself in the job market. You will also be building friendships and relationships that will help you later on in your life. We hope that you will use SIFE as another tool for you to jumpstart your career.
